A second drone strike hit the town of Old Fangak in the Greater Upper Nile Region, where

at least seven people were killed. In a statement, MSF said the Old Fangak Hospital was the only

health care facility serving over 110,000 people in the county, a population already facing

extremely limited access to medical care. It remains unclear who was responsible for
