00:07Yeah, no, I think they should be.

00:08I think Highland Copper is one of the most advanced copper development assets in the U.S. at the moment.

00:14As a starting point, we're fully permitted.

00:16I think that is the key building block as you think about advancing into true construction.

00:21At number two, we provide really incredible leverage to changes in copper price.

00:25To give you a sense, a 25% increase in copper price from $4 to $5.

00:30It gives rise to a 300% increase in net asset value.

00:34And lastly, it's our local support.

00:36You know, we add 22 resolutions of support from all local units of government, municipalities, townships, counties.

00:42It's really reflected that we're welcome in the region.

00:45These are all the things of the building blocks that make a project truly construction ready.

00:50So through this year, we have a host of catalysts, starting with detailed engineering.

00:54We're doing network to optimize the project, consideration of stepping into our project financing

00:58and really getting ourselves ready to develop our project in 2026.
