Scattered rain showers to persist in parts of the Philippines due to LPA, ITCZ

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday, April 29 said parts of the country would continue to experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the trough or extension of a low pressure area (LPA) and the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ). 00:00We have a low pressure area here in our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:09It's 3 a.m. at 695 kilometers east of Davao City.

00:16It's a chance to be a low pressure area within the next 24 hours.

00:23But we're not going to stop the possibility of this low pressure area within the next days.

00:29But regardless kung magiging bagyo ito or magsistay siya bilang low pressure area,

00:34inaasahan po natin magdadala ito ng mga kalat-kalat na pagulan,

00:38lalo na dito sa Mindanao, Visayas at possible din po,

00:42maabot din ang Bicol Region sa mga susunod na araw po.

00:45So iba yung pag-iingat lang din po para sa mga kababayan po natin.

00:49Samantala, ito pong low pressure area natin ay nakapaloob dito sa Intertropical Convergence Zone

00:55or ITCZ na nakaka-apekto dito sa May Mindanao pati na rin dito sa May Palawan.

01:01Meron pa rin naman tayong Easterlies or yung mainit at maalinsangan na hangin na naggagaling sa Dagat Pasipiko

01:07na umiiral dito sa malaking bahagi ng ating bansa.

01:11Ito po yung nagdadala sa atin na mainit at maalinsangan na panahon.

01:14Para naman sa magiging panahon natin ngayong araw dito sa Luzon,

01:19kung may kita natin, maaliwalas na panahon naman ng ating aasahan.

01:22Pero asahan din po natin yung init at alinsangan lalo na sa tanghali hanggang hapon.

01:27Kung may mga pagulan po ay panandalian lamang ito lalo na sa hapon at sa gabi,

01:32dulot ito ng mga localized thunderstorm.

01:34Ugulain po natin i-check ang social media pages ng pag-asa para sa mga nilalabas na thunderstorm advisory.

01:40Algoat ng temperatura for Metro Manila at 24 to 34 degrees Celsius.

01:46Lawag 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

01:49For Tagaygaraw asahan natin ng 25 to 37 degrees Celsius.

01:53Baguio 17 to 26 degrees Celsius.

01:56For Tagaytay 22 to 32 degrees Celsius.

01:59At Legaspi 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:03Para naman dito sa may Karaga at Davao region,

02:06dulot na itong trough ng low pressure area.

02:09Makakaranas sila na maulap na papawiriin na may mga kalat-kalat na pagulan.

02:13At dahil nga po itong low pressure area,

02:15embedded dito sa intertropical convergence zone,

02:18na nakakapekto dito sa may Mindanao at Palawan.

02:21Inaasahan po natin yung nalalabing bahagi ng Mindanao.

02:25Pati na rin dito ang Palawan po natin.

02:27Inaasahan natin yung mga pagulan po.

02:29Dulot ito ng intertropical convergence zone.

02:32Agot ng temperatura for Calayan Islands at Puerto Princesa,

02:3525 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:38San Buongga, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:41Cagayan de Oro, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:44For Davao, asahan natin ang 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

02:48Para naman sa Visayas, kung makikita natin, maaliwalas din ang panahon ng kanilang aasahan.

02:53Pero asahan po natin, magiging mainit pa rin ang kanilang panahon.

02:56Asahan din po natin, mataas ang chance sa mga localized thunderstorms,

03:00lalo na sa hapon at sa gabi.

03:03Agot ng temperatura for Iloilo, 26 to 33 degrees Celsius.

03:07Cebu, 28 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:10At Tacloban, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:14Wala naman tayo nakataas na anuwang gale warning sa anumang seaboards ng ating bansa.
