00:30Hans is a very experienced 49er crew and he won a bronze medal with Ian Barrows at the Paris Olympics so we've been fortunate to have him coaching us in Palma and then also here in the coach boat here and here. Being sister-in-law, it's all about that unconditional support. Like I just want the best for Paris as a person. We have a special bond so it's great and it's fun.
00:55In the last eight years, Paris has done a ton of 49er FX sailing and then I've had a lot of different experiences. So I feel like together we're bringing a lot of experiences and that's making us a lot stronger of a team than we were the first time around. So we're running it back and we're excited for our home games a few years down the road. Lots of work to go.
01:13Hello, my name is Pablo Skontides. I'm a 7 sailor from Cyprus and we are here in years for the second version of the sailing Grand Slam. In my sail definitely was really special for me winning the second silver medal for myself and for my country.
01:33What made it really unique is that my family was there, my wife, my son, my wider family, my friends. So it was very emotional to come back and find all of them and hug them. So that was really unique for me especially.
01:46I already did five Olympic Games. Now this is my last campaign. I'm the only Olympic medalist from my country in all sports in all history and this is a unique privilege. It's a sweet responsibility to have towards the youth. A lot of people look towards me and they get inspiration and I don't only compete for myself but for the people who work with me, my whole nation and all the Cypriots. So that's very special.
02:16Thank you.
