What is up everyone? Welcome back to Flow with Addie. I'm Addie and today I'm here with another one minute interval stretch challenge.

So every single minute we will be switching stretch positions and we will be doing 10 minutes. So 10 stretches total.

And let's work on our flexibility. We're going to be in a standing forward fold just like this.

If you need to pedal out your legs, do it. Sink into the pose and one minute on the clock, go.
