Dave & Chuck the Freak talk about a man being referred to as a magician who is using sleight-of-hand tricks to scam cashiers out of money at a Texas Walmart.

00:38Yeah.

00:39I saw a guy at a supermarket try this trick on someone,

00:45and I had to say to the cashier, you're being scammed right now.

00:49You need to intervene.

00:52I was like, no, you're being scammed right now.

00:54They told me, when I was a cashier, they told us about this.

00:57It's like they hand you a.

01:02So this person isn't a magician.

01:03It's just not real.

01:05Well, they say he's a magician who's using sleight of hand.

01:09Like this man is basically Professor X.

01:14Imagine, like, you get handed change back.

01:18You get handed change back.

01:19So you spend, you give them a 20, but you only spend $4.

01:23So they give you back, like, a 10 and a 5 and a 1.

01:26And then you quickly are able to hide the 10 in your hand somehow

01:32and, like, being like, oh, but all I have is the,

01:34you just gave me the 5 and the 1.

01:37And then they're like, oh, okay.

01:39And they give you another 10.

01:41Like, that's the kind of stuff that these people are doing.

01:44But it's $2,700.

01:46So it's got to be bigger amounts than that, right?

01:49But this is a scam artist, not a magician.

01:53They call him a magician.

01:54But is this just the Walmart definition of just a guy who's a scam?

01:57I'll tell you what, he's Walmart magic, please.

02:13And he had a wand and a big hat.

02:20He distracted me and told me to look at some kind of tower we had set up.

02:26And then he made it disappear.

02:27I don't even think he's a magician.

02:28I think he's a sorcerer.

02:53So this person was about to get extra money because the cashier that was helping this person

02:59was like almost went cross-eyed from the fast talk that the guy was doing and like

03:08And I was like, you're you're excuse me.

03:12You gave him the right change.

03:13I saw he's he's scam.

03:15He's trying to scam you.

03:16And the guy like looked at me and then got the hell out of there.

03:20I was like, man, it's a magician.

03:55So he might be doing he might be like giving them a hundred dollar bill, though.
