00:00I now recognize you're recognized. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I agree with the spirit of transparency
00:09and the efforts to measure. We have, I say this a lot in Spanish, what's not measured cannot be
00:15improved. I do have issues with this bill because of what the ranking member has said. Making a lot
00:23of this information public might have the opposite effect of what we're intending. If our goal is
00:28national security, if our goal is protecting the border, telling the SIAs where we are
00:33intercepting them and letting them know, hey, we're stronger here than here, might actually lead to
00:39the opposite intended effect. I also share the concerns of the ranking member when they say that
00:45this just publishes numbers. I mean, Section 2A3 says, identification of any such nationalities or
00:53countries of last habitual residents. So when I heard Ms. Green say that it does not mention
00:59where they're from, I think that is entirely inaccurate. And so for that reasons, for those
01:04reasons, I will be voting against now. I don't know if any gentleman yielded.
