00:00From a young age, I always knew I was going to do music. I joked that there was like no fighting

00:07chance of me doing anything else. And I think I always knew I wanted to be very human and very

00:13authentic in the words that I was writing and the music I was putting out. So when I first wrote this

00:17song, it was almost too vulnerable. I was like, I'm not, I can't, I can't do anything with it. I didn't

00:21send it to anybody. But I just think the fans spoke for themselves and my team was just super

00:27passionate about it. And it's been amazing seeing that it's so much more than me and so much more

00:32than the room and the guitar I wrote it on. Just seeing it change people's lives. And it's about

00:37mental health. It's about my struggle with it and taking medication and people don't realize they

00:41feel less alone, but I also feel less alone because they're responding and reacting to it. So it's just

00:46been such an intimate experience.
