00:11A new research ranked Berlin as Europe's top LGBT travel hotspot.
00:16The German capital features 14 LGBT bars and clubs on TripAdvisor,
00:22many of them in Schönebeck, Berlin's rainbow district and the heart of its queer culture.
00:28Berlin leads the way when it comes to LGBT plus events,
00:32with 15 festivals and main gatherings throughout the year.
00:37Unsurprisingly, Amsterdam comes in at number 2.
00:40The Dutch capital made history back in 2001,
00:44when it became the first city to legalize gay marriage.
00:47Today it's home to 16 LGBTQ plus bars and a thriving social scene.
00:58If safety and anti-discrimination culture are your paramount priorities,
01:04third-placed Helsinki is for you.
01:07The Finnish capital has the maximum points on anti-discrimination,

01:14Two Portuguese cities, Lisbon and Porto, also obtained the highest anti-discrimination score.
