00:31The PNP is ready to file a case against anyone who violates the rules here.

00:38Sir, if there are violations, we will file a case against them.

00:45And we know that if we are under the campaign period,

00:50we get directives and compasses from the Comelec on the part of the PNP

00:55that if we see election-related offenses, we have to coordinate with the Comelec

01:03because the Comelec will serve as the complainant for the possible cases that will be filed against them.
