03:47Because in Spanish, it can risk being hella heavy in love and hella heavy in romanticism.

06:12Because it's intense on your body, especially when you're not used to it.

06:14However, when I exited that class, I shit you not,

06:18the wave of euphoria that just hits you is so worth the pain of being in the class.

06:24My favorite is heart yoga in the studio when it's just fucking blasting.

06:27But in nature it's nice too.

06:28Like by the ocean, in the woods, camping.

06:30It's nice.

06:32I'm a fucking huge nature person.

06:34So I go a lot of places.

06:35I love going camping.

06:37Especially in Canada.

06:38Like bear country in Canada is really beautiful.

06:42There's wolves.
