00:05about 3.5 million internally displaced people in the country, many of them in the worst

00:12affected areas as well. So clearly, areas that would have been struggling before this

00:16earthquake struck will be in an even more complex and challenging situation.

00:23Yeah, that's absolutely right. Two thirds of the country is either contested or under

00:28the control of armed opposition groups. So it's a very complicated country to work,

00:34and that's just been turbocharged by this earthquake.
