00:00Tourism in the Philippines has once again been recognized as the destination of the Year Award in Routes Asia 2025 held in Perth, Australia.

00:13The Routes Asia Awards recognized the success of air service development and markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

00:22According to Tourism Secretary Christina Frasco, this is a proof of the strong partnership of various stakeholders in the aviation and travel industry.

00:32This includes the focus on connectivity and the continued positioning of the country as a premier global destination.

00:41In addition to that, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has continued to urge the state of tourism in the country to improve.

00:52Through better air access, infrastructure development, and the establishment of strategic alliances.
