France and UK to dispatch joint team to Kyiv

00:00We have agreed that the British Prime Minister and I give a mandate to our Chiefs of Staff

00:09of the Armies so that a French-British team can be delegated in the next few days in Ukraine

00:15and can work very closely with our Ukrainian partners, who have also agreed to this mechanism,
