Sunderland Head Coach Le Bris speaks of “positive” international break

00:00Sunderland head coach Regis Lebris has spoken of a positive international break for the

00:07Black Cats as they prepare to face Millwall in the Championship at the Stadium of Light

00:11on Saturday. This is off the back of a 3-0 defeat away at Coventry City last time out,

00:17but Lebris was adamant that things have improved since then.

00:21New experience. I think we learned from the last international break how to manage this

00:30period and we tried, we used different set-ups and we decided to break down this period in

00:44small periods and I think it was positive. We didn't take into account the last game

00:54because I think we just have to delete this experience and we'll use again later, but

00:59now it wasn't important to talk too much about this experience. And then just to try to focus

01:05on what were our pillars to be at that level and to refresh the team to get them pleasure,

01:14enjoyment and ready to face new challenges.

01:19And finally, Bedlington-born Darts player Chris Doby has spoken of his preparations

01:24ahead of the Premier League of Darts night in Newcastle.

01:26Yeah, there's a lot more nerves because you don't want to let the fans, your family, your

01:31friends down. You're playing, it's not just for yourself, you're doing it for them. So

01:36yeah, that's always in the back of my mind, but you've also got to go up there and feel

01:40relaxed. You don't want to put too much pressure on yourself. So I want to try and get myself

01:45in the right frame of mind and hopefully go up there and do the job.

01:49I think every player is the same. They've had the fans against them, they've had the

01:54fans for them. So yeah, no, obviously I'm going to have a lot of support there tomorrow

01:58and hopefully they can get on my side. I'm not saying they're going to boo Luke or whatever

02:03because I don't think they will. Hopefully they're all respectful, but give me the support

02:09I need and give me that extra 5-10% that I need.
