00:15modesty and kissing her nose in a shopping mall in Taman Desa Terbrao at 8.15pm on March

00:23He was charged under Section 14A of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, which

00:30carries a maximum jail term of 20 years and caning upon conviction.

00:35The accused told the court that he misunderstood the situation and was innocent.

00:41Sessions Court Judge Talha Bachok alias Mbok Mok allowed bail at 10,000 ringgit with one

00:46surety and imposed additional conditions such as reporting to the nearest police station

00:51monthly, refraining from harassing the victim and witnesses, and surrendering his passport.

00:57The court also fixed April 28 for next mention and submission of documents.
