00:24Well, I think it's all about people, so probably the great people I've had the chance to work with

00:31and who have tolerated me for about eight years, but luckily I'm finding back a great team here at Arcana as well.

00:41Very difficult question. I would say it's close to ideal when both your colleagues, clients on one side

00:56and your family and friends on the other side feel that you give them enough time and attention.

01:14I'm lucky to join back Arcana at a time when the company is enjoying quite a great success,

01:21so there's no need for a big revolution in the very short term.

01:26Probably the first changes that will be implemented will be purely internal

01:34in order to make the organisation ever more efficient and enable the team to have an even greater focus on horses and clients.

01:48Well, the first thing, which is good news for all the people attending the sales,

01:52there will be a brand new Wi-Fi system as of the summer sales, so that's good.

02:00So in a couple of weeks now ahead.

02:04Another big thing that is undergoing is that we are renewing the main yard at Arcana in the sales complex.

02:14We are actually currently elevating the roof of this yard to just provide some more comfort to horses

02:27staying in these boxes during the sales.

02:30So we will do that in three phases. So the first phase will be completed by the summer.
