00:11been granted a discharge not amounting to acquittal by the Johor Bahru's magistrate's

00:18Magistrate A. Sharmini granted the D.N.A.A. at the request of Deputy Public Prosecutor

00:23Nur Fatiha Nizam, who said they were ordered to refer the case to the Attorney General's

00:28Chambers.

00:31Sharmini granted the D.N.A.A. pending the fresh charge against 65-year-old Abdul Razak

00:37Ismail, Cosmo reported.

00:40Previously, Razak was slapped with a charge of voluntarily causing hurt framed under Section

00:46323 of the Penal Code.

00:50He initially pleaded guilty but later disputed the case facts read out to the court.

00:56Sharmini then rejected his guilty plea and ordered him to enter his defense.
