00:35Anwar said such guidelines would only cause anxiety.

00:39He also said he would present the Cabinet's decision

00:43to Sultan Nasrin Shah of Perak,

00:53This decision has been decided by the Prime Minister.

00:56I would like to congratulate His Excellency Sultan Nasrin,

01:01who is the head of the National Council of Islamic Religious Affairs.

01:05Under the proposed rules, there can be no speeches or songs

01:09with religious propaganda or performances that would insult Muslims.

01:13Premises are also not allowed to display religious symbols other than that of Islam.
