Jenny McCarthy chats with THR at the iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet and says she was one of the only people who truly believed in the potential of 'The Masked Singer.' Plus, she shares who the most surprising reveal was for her.

00:00The 13th season of The Masked Singer is airing right now.

00:03When you first signed on to be a part of this show,

00:04did you ever imagine it would be this successful?

00:07You know, and this is true,

00:09I am the only one that thought it was gonna be successful.

00:12My agent actually turned it down a couple of times,

00:15and then I said, hold on a second.

00:17This show, because I always got offered to do shows,

00:19but I'm like, I needed something

00:20that was a little bit weird,

00:22a little bit off the beaten track,

00:24because that goes with my brand, you know?

00:26And so he's like, fine.

00:27So I did the show, and then it just went crazy.

00:29Because it's fun, the whole family can watch.

00:31You're playing a guessing game.

00:33There's celebrities underneath the mask.

00:34It's just, it's just fun.

00:36So I'm so grateful we're at 13 seasons and going strong.

00:40Who's a character that you're excited

00:42for fans to see this season?

00:45Shabuzy.

00:47Shabuzy is amazing.

00:49If you ask me, what is a Shabuzy, I don't know.

00:52A disco monster, maybe?

00:54But he is so good.

00:56What's been the most surprising reveal

00:58on the show for you?

01:01So many seasons, it might be hard to narrow it down.

01:03Donnie Wahlberg being a surprise underneath the mask.

01:08I had no idea my husband was under the mask.

01:10People don't believe me.

01:11But listen, when you're sitting up on the judges panel,

01:14you can't hear.

01:16They don't put speakers by us.

01:17So we can't really hear.

01:19We only get the bounce back that's in the room.

01:21So it's really hard.

01:22So that's why I couldn't tell it was him.

01:24We've been asking people this week,

01:26because it's spring break season,

01:27what's your go-to vacation spot?

01:30Ooh.

01:31It was Turks and Caicos.

01:34We haven't been there in a while.

01:35And now I would call it the best vacation place is our house.

01:40Because we're traveling so much

01:42that whenever we try to go on vacation,

01:44we're like, what are we doing?

01:45We just want to be home with our five shih tzus

01:48and watch The Real Housewives.

01:50That's our true dream.

01:52And since this is the iHeartRadio Music Awards,

01:54we're celebrating music.

01:55Who are you excited to see perform tonight?

01:56I'm so excited to see Billie Eilish perform.
