00:02On behalf of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, we are here commemorating Hola Mahalla.

00:06The reason we celebrate is because Maharaj's Rang has to spread everywhere during this time.

00:11For us in the Khalsa Panth, we celebrate Hola Mahalla.

00:14This is because Maharaj would like to spread his colours everywhere and to all his Khalsa.

00:21The diversity in Ghatka is very broad because we were taught that Guru Nanak Dev Ji

00:26requires everybody to be equal and he wants everybody to be treated the same.

00:32Women also do Ghatka, men also do Ghatka. Everybody in the Khalsa, we're all equal as brother and sister.
