00:20In this restaurant, they eat Haluhalo and other milky ice desserts.

00:24This is very popular among the customers.

00:29They decided to open a store that only sells ice desserts.

00:34Jerry is the mastermind behind this.

00:39Our line of desserts is in very high demand.

00:43So we thought that we can't put a big restaurant in every single location.

00:48So we decided to open a store exclusively for that.

00:52Some people come in just to have our ice bar products.

00:58You can buy a glass from Php 139 to Php 169 depending on the size.

03:02that have delicious Haluhalo for me to taste.

03:05My Haluhalo started last May 18 of 2000.

03:16This is Fried Haluhalo.

03:18Chef, this is what you call Fried Haluhalo.

06:04Haluhalo weighs a liter,

06:08so it can fit two to four people.

06:11We also assigned it to four sharing.

06:14Because as a family of four,

06:17we can't buy it by ourselves,

06:21because the kids won't be able to finish it.

06:25So, we thought of it for a family, for sharing.

06:31P100,000 was the initial amount for the business to start.

06:35M was very surprised and thankful because it hit the jackpot right away.

06:39When it started, it took the whole day.

06:43As in, the line was really long.

06:45It was fun because I just thought of it before.

06:48They didn't think that the usual haluhalo

06:51would be able to level up the success,

06:54as long as they thought of a new gimmick and presentation.

06:59Packaging is very important for a business.

07:03You should invest in the look of the food,

07:07how you can show your customers that your product is delicious,

07:11even if they haven't tried it yet.

07:14Because of Haluhalo Business and other businesses of M,

07:18a lot has changed in their lives.

07:21We were able to fix a house.

07:23As of now, we have two cars.

07:26I can buy what I want.

07:29When my kids told me that they like something,

07:34I can buy it and give it to them.

07:37We can go to places that we haven't been to before.

07:42Because we have a budget.

07:46Haluhalo is a business for all seasons.

07:49For us Filipinos,

07:51whether it's sweet, cold, or hot weather,

07:54it's guaranteed to be a success.
