Jay-Z's Jane Doe accuser says don't believe that recording Jay's private investigators made of her allegedly retracting her rape allegation, because she's claiming the 2 P.I.s flat-out lied in their declarations to the court.

00:00Jay-Z's accuser, the one who dropped her lawsuit, she had initially claimed that Jay-Z and Sean

00:08Diddy Combs had raped her back in the year 2000 when she was 13 years old.

00:12She's dropped that lawsuit.

00:14Now the battle is Jay-Z against the accuser and her attorney, Tony Busby.

00:19And the accuser says, do not believe everything you heard on those recordings that Jay-Z's

00:25team released yesterday.

00:26Remember, there were two private investigators who went to the accuser's home in Alabama

00:31and had a conversation with her.

00:32Yesterday they released portions of that meeting.

00:36Like a minute.

00:37Yeah.

00:38And they say that, look, this is her saying Jay-Z did not sexually assault her at any

00:42time and his name is cleared.

00:44Well, she says those declarations from those private investigators are a little misleading

00:51because she says, I can't.

00:53And by the way, this is her declaration that her lawyer, Tony Busby, filed.

01:01But she says, I cannot testify as to what Mr. Butler or Ms. Henderson, those are the

01:04private investigators, what they actually observed, but I was not in any way calm, natural

01:12Rather, I trembled the entire time we spoke.

01:15I never stated whether once or four times, as the investigators claimed, that Mr. Carter

01:21did not assault me.

01:23That's a double negative there.

01:24But she's saying, I did not say those words.

01:26So, so let's listen to what the private investigators got on tape, which Jay-Z's team released yesterday.

01:35Jay-Z, you're saying he was definitely there, but he had no part in it or he was just.

01:41He was just there, but he didn't have anything to do with the, any sexual acts towards you.
