00:07Some young people in the Chamber are suggesting that there should be a centralized system in issuing visas of the country

00:13to avoid undesirable aliens or aliens who are often involved in various illegal activities.

00:20House Quad Committee Chairperson Robert Barbers explained that there are many agencies that can issue visas

00:27such as the DFA and various Philippine diplomatic consular foreign service posts abroad.

00:33Barbers also emphasized the removal of the visa upon approval or upon arrival for foreigners.

00:39He said that even though the visa upon arrival process is good,

00:44it is often abused, especially by illegal Chinese POCO workers.

00:51Fortunately, Pope Francis' condition became better while he was staying in the hospital.

00:56There were no more serious complications.

00:59Even now, doctors are still monitoring his condition.

01:04He is still being given high-flow oxygen therapy during the day and mechanical ventilation at night.

01:10Pope Francis will be hospitalized again on February 14 because of the bronchitis caused by the double pneumonia.

01:18In other news, Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon has arrested three airport security personnel in Naia Terminal 3

01:26who were involved in a robbery of a passenger on March 6.

01:30According to Secretary Dizon, the DOTR is investigating the incident

01:34while preparing a possible administrative case against the three security personnel.

01:39The three security personnel will receive a complaint from a passenger

01:43after they were told that he was carrying a bulletproof vest.

01:49What happened was not true after his luggage was inspected.

01:54Meanwhile, Secretary Dizon said that he will set up a hotline at the airport

01:58to immediately report any type of abuse to the passengers.
