అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన నాటి నుంచి రాజధాని నిర్మాణ పనులను కూటమి సర్కార్ పరుగులు పెట్టిస్తోంది. ఈ క్రమంలోనే అమరావతికి వడ్డాణంలా భాసిల్లే ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు నిర్మాణంలో కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఓఆర్ఆర్ వెళ్లే ఐదు జిల్లాల్లో భూసేకరణకు ప్రభుత్వం అధికారులను నియమించింది. 23 మండలాలు, 121 గ్రామాల మీదుగా 189.9 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర ఈ రింగ్రోడ్డు నిర్మాణం కానుంది.
