00:00Let's go to an update on the current administration's programs here in Mr. President On The Go.

00:23First of all, fellow countrymen, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. encouraged the Filipinos to take advantage of the opportunities

00:32provided by the government's program of working in the new Philippines.

00:37President Marcos Jr. believes that every Filipino has the ability and determination to make their life productive.

00:46When the job fair was held last January, President Marcos Jr. said that more than 10,000 individuals applied for jobs

00:55where more than 1,000 were hired on the spot.

00:59Employers hired more than 100 Filipinos from the four-phase program.

01:06Our President also celebrated the success of almost 2,000 job fairs last year.

01:12President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. wants this program to spread throughout the country.

01:17Aside from providing jobs, he also provides assistance to job seekers through job matching

01:24so that they can connect to positions that align with their talents and skillsets.

01:28As for jobs in the new Philippines, the beneficiaries of the four-phase program are empowered

01:34through employment opportunities, livelihood assistance, and access to essential support services.

01:41The government plans to assist 4.4 million household beneficiaries this year,

01:46including 263,238 in Davao Region.

01:51This program is based on the program of working in the new Philippines nationwide or nationwide.
