00:05welcomes the development of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. in the first BARM parliamentary elections.

00:13According to OPAPRU Secretary Carlito Galvez, Jr., President Marcos, Jr.'s ruling in RA No. 121123

00:22proves the determination of the national government to commit to long-term peace and prosperity in the country.

00:30Officially, through this, the BARM government will have the opportunity to continue its efforts in Sulu

00:40and to continue the implementation of programs in the province and to follow the rules and guidelines of the Department of Budget and Management.

00:49Secretary Galvez is one of the OPAPRU and peace partners of our countrymen in Bangsamoro

00:56in preparing for the BARM parliamentary elections as an important part of the Bangsamoro peace process.
