00:00Formally, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. met with the new members of the Parliament of the Bansamoro Transition Authority of BTA.

00:09At the same time, the President encouraged them to continue the path of peace in the region,

00:15self-governing, and lasting progress.

00:18In his welcome, the President will give the importance of the new officials

00:24of the Bansamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao

00:29and fulfill their responsibility to maintain peace and progress.

00:35The President also gave the duties of the national and regional governments

00:40to protect the progress made by the Bansamoro peace process

00:44so that peace can continue.

00:49To my fellow government workers in the Bansamoro,

00:52you pledge to uphold the trust of your constituents.

00:56You will carry the aspirations of those who have longed for peace and self-governance.

01:01You will be instrumental to create a future built by and for the Bansamoro people.
