00:05I think they're extremely skilled and speedy.

00:08And I think the US has, you know,

00:11certainly depth and physicality in my mind and edge there,

00:15but they beat them in a great game.

00:17I thought Saturday was a great event.

00:20I thought it was a great game.

00:21It was intense.

00:23It was fantastic.

00:25But there's something wrong with this tournament,

00:27honestly, that it's already been determined who's playing.

01:13All you have to do is flip it.

03:06And on Saturday night, guys, it was on ABC.

04:41And if you pull this off, if you win the Stanley Cup

04:44and the Four Nations and back-to-back years,

04:47that's a pretty nice little run that he's put together here.

04:51I don't know if you know Gary Lawless at all,

04:52if you've ever had him on or you crossed paths

04:54over the years.

04:55Yeah, a big, bald guy.

04:57Used to cover the Winnipeg Jets, but he moved to Vegas.

05:00He's been covering the Vegas Golden Knights for years now.

05:02And he tweeted something, Scott,

05:04before the game on Saturday, and I reposted it.

05:07And I said, remember this, everybody.

05:09And Gary Lawless was at the game on Saturday,

05:12and he said, just spoke to a really smart hockey person

05:15who told me whoever wins tonight will lose on Thursday.

05:20That's what someone in hockey told.

05:22And he said, no way, these teams aren't beating each other

05:26two times in a row.

05:27So it sort of sucked, like that gut punch,

05:30and it was a gut punch to lose to the US on Saturday.

05:33It was for Team Canada, but bro, look at them now.

05:36This is the best they've played.

05:38Cooper said yesterday during breakfast

05:40that he was almost scared how intense they were.

05:43He goes, they'll be fine.

05:44He goes, there was a quiet confidence yesterday

05:46during the breakfast.

05:48And he goes, they're ready to go.

05:50Like they, sometimes losing, Scott, you know it.

05:52It's a wake-up call some teams need.

05:54They were woken up, they're ready to go.

05:56And if I was the US, I wouldn't be too happy
