00:00Well, they have a network, you know, the NHL network, and me and you have talked about

00:05it in the past.

00:06Like, they have this big event, this Four Nations face-off that they're doing.

00:11It starts tomorrow night.

00:13They have all this media stuff going on today with all the players talking, the USA guys,

00:18the Canada guys, Sweden, Finland, all NHL stars.

00:22And the NHL network is like showing old games from like two months ago all day.

00:27Like what?

00:28They're not even there.

00:29Like, why are they not like doing something from the thing, like hearing the players talk

00:35about it, pump the event up, let people know that it's happening.

00:40Like you put on MLB network, if there's something going on that day, they're doing it.

00:44NBA TV, NFL network.

00:47It's like the NHL network, like, they don't exist unless it's like, it's just so bizarre.

00:55They don't spend a penny on that channel.

00:56They don't spend a penny and they got hack talent.

00:57You can quote me on that.

00:58And they also like, so we're at the Superbowl, right?

01:02And here's how the NFL handles their business.

01:05Once you're in the media core of the NFL, like so sports grid, we're all there every

01:09year at the Superbowl.

01:10Right?

01:11So we all are credentialed.

01:12Once you're credentialed, you're in that core.

01:15When you're in that core, I mean to tell you every day, they just absolutely inundate and

01:20bombard you with NFL skinny and sound and interviews and videos and clips and stories

01:28and dinner parties and events and press conferences.

01:31And it's one of the, it just never ends.

01:33The Superbowl ended Sunday.

01:35I was still getting stuff today.

01:38Today I'm still getting NFL communications emails.

01:41The NHL network couldn't cover.

01:44I don't even think they can cover a game, let alone a four nations cup or the Olympics

01:49or the Stanley cup finals.

01:51They butcher that too.

01:52They have like the same three guys sitting there talking about the games like they were

01:57at a regular weeknight game.

01:59It's embarrassing.

02:00I could run that network better drunk in my underwear, in bed, smoking a cigar by myself.

02:06Even when they have better myself.

02:11Even when they show a live game, it's just them pumping in the feed from the RSN from

02:16the regional sports network.

02:17That's all it is.

02:18Oh yeah.

02:19They're not, they're just like, if they put a penguin game on, they're just pumping sports

02:22that Pittsburgh.

02:23That's right.

02:24That's all that they're doing.

02:25They don't, they don't produce any of their own stuff.

02:26They have that one, two hour block from four to six during the week with EJ and a couple

02:32other people.

02:33And then that's it.

02:34Like that's all that they do live on a daily basis.
