00:00Al-Furjan is more than a residential area, it's a vibrant and popular community in Dubai.

00:18It's a beautiful community, full of green, services are great.

00:22We do like the neighbourhood because we have lots of greens over here and they have a nice

00:28pavilion nearby, we can go for a bike ride with the boys.

00:42We moved in Al-Furjan 2021 and I'm delighted to share with you the wonders of Al-Furjan.

00:48Al-Furjan is more than a residential area, it's a vibrant and popular community in Dubai.

00:53We have major highways in the UAE, directly accessible, convenient access to the public

00:59transportation and the metro station, and features communal amenities like we have swimming

01:05pools, sports courts, outside the salons, supermarket we have, and especially I would

01:12say the outside communities, the families are very friendly with us.

01:17Really great community, very affordable, and the layout of the home very big and spacious

01:22room and the bathroom, there's a main thing, very big balcony we have, we like, and the

01:28outside view if you see from our balcony, the metro station and the garden, really we

01:33appreciate that, we like it.

01:35We decided to move here in 2019, you know, we have seen a lot of, you know, the layouts

01:42and you know, I like here, you know, it's the big layouts and it suits our, you know,

01:50the needs, you know, it's beautiful community, full of green, services are great, my kids

01:56are enjoying, we all are enjoying here, and yeah, it's beautiful, you know, there is no

02:02traffic and we have all the entry and exits, you know, a lot of, you know, from here, my

02:10kids' school is near about, you know, so yeah, it's, you know, pleasure to live in here.

02:17We've moved to Al-Furjan eight months ago, in April, we chose to live here because our

02:26boys go to the nearby school called the Arbor, Arbor School, we do like the neighborhood

02:32because we have lots of greens over here and they have a nice pavilion nearby, we can go

02:38for a bike ride with the boys, it is really kids-friendly and family-friendly as well.

02:46It is convenient and to the nearby landmarks, we have, you know, Marina, it's only 15 minutes

02:53away, I guess.

02:54There's very little traffic actually, it's really easy for me to commute to work, which

02:59is in Al-Khulz, so I'm there in 20 minutes, so we don't have the traffic issues that other

03:04communities have to itself.
