00:00SLS Dubai will be one of the tallest skyscrapers in the region.

00:19Dubai is a very well-known brand with its luxurious ingredients that they hold.

00:25But what was missing in Dubai was the angle, was the touch that SLS would have just brought.

00:32So the product that we have and the know-how, the uniqueness of the approach of SLS to this

00:40new luxury angle, when you unlock this potential, we believe Dubai is just going to have a very

02:11loft has a double height, whereas a one-bedroom duplex has a two-floor, which is somehow differentiating

02:38the living room from the master bedroom.

02:55On the top, we have two infinity pools, which will be the highest infinity pools in the

03:01world.

03:02One-bedroom units, you know, is in the form of a loft.

03:06The loft is a two-story unit, whereby the entrance, the lower part is the living room

03:11and the higher part, the second floor, is kind of a mezzanine whereby you have your

03:15master bedroom.

03:16So this is an approach which will match with SLS Luxury Angle.

03:21It is just going to be, you know, totally just unique approach, you know, in the market.

03:33After we reached the seventh floor, between seventh floor to seventy-fifth floor, we finished

03:39in 349 days.

03:41It was the fastest progress in town.

03:44We got the certificate from land department that we reached to 73.26% of the total construction.

03:52We have demand from all type of buyers.

03:55Also we are targeting young generation because these loft units, duplex units, is matching

04:01with their lifestyle.

04:08I believe we can say we are offering this unique lifestyle, new angle, new generation

04:14luxury in an affordable way of pricing.
