00:00The UAE's largest real estate exhibition, Cityscape, is back in Dubai with a bang.

00:10The event hopes to bolster Dubai's surging real estate market to new heights

00:15by showcasing new and complete projects from over 70 developers here in the UAE and abroad.

00:22Welcome to Shobha reality at Cityscape.

00:26This year has been great, exceptionally well. We have done very well and we have come with these big two launches in Cityscape.

00:34It's Heartland 2 and Shobha 1.

00:38Heartland 2 is almost a continuation of Heartland 1.

00:42Heartland 1 is close to sold out and we have a very similar development, a mixed-use development,

00:48approximately 183 acres of land.

00:51We have close to 7,000 apartments and 100 villas.

00:56We have a school, we have a community mall. It's all coming up in Heartland 2.

01:01Shobha 1 is another project which is close to 40 acres of land.

01:06It's an 8 billion dirhams project.

01:08The Heartland Shobha 1 construction is expected to start early 2023.

01:15Close to 5 years we should be completing and handing over that development.

01:20Put together this is around 24 billion dirhams projects which are being put into the market.

01:24This is Cityscape.

01:25Actually the project we have this one is in Ras Al Khaimah, Murjan Island.

01:30It's the one only project there with the beach side.

01:34And we have mostly the project is around 80% villas and townhouse.

01:41We have hotel also, 4-star hotel.

01:44And 300 rooms.

01:47And we have one building residential with 120 flats.

01:54We believe this course will take around 21 months to complete it.

01:59And we are already, we have been started 2 weeks ago, the development.

02:04Something I tell you, majority of the, the one there on the beach is sold.

02:10Oh, okay, already sold out.

02:13But still there, some villas backside and what about it, it's still there.

02:19Meanwhile, Arada Properties of Sharjah have launched their very first development in Dubai.

02:24Called the Juhri Hills at the Jumeirah Golf Estate.

02:28A collection of 294 villas and townhouses.

02:32Arada says that this is one of the most affordable places in that area.

02:373 bedroom townhouses are priced at 3.9 million.

02:42And 4 bedroom townhouses of 4000 square feet are at 4.5 million.

02:47However, the more impressive properties here are the 5 bedroom, 5 bedroom villas.

02:54That's 7000 square feet including a basement space.

02:58And it's priced at 7.5 million.

03:01The total project area is 40 million square feet.
