00:00The hearts of the DSWD central office workers felt the heat of the day.

00:07This is the story of Noel Talacay.

00:11Flowers, heart-shaped red balloons, and even chocolates.

00:18These were brought by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD,

00:22on Valentine's Day to its employees.

00:25That's why even if these employees have work on Valentine's Day,

00:30they will still be able to celebrate it.

00:32They will still be able to say,

00:34Friendship Go! this Valentine's Day.

00:36Because Valentine's Day is not just romantic love.

00:40It can also be for friendship and platonic love.

00:43This DSWD employee was smiling and seemed to be excited

00:48as she told us who she bought the flowers for.

00:53Because it was her first time giving flowers to her partner.

01:03But wait, there's more.

01:04Nikki did not forget her boss.

01:07This is for our boss, Emo Marlene Moral.

01:14Because she always remembers us.

01:17There is also a photo booth where the DSWD employees

01:21have the opportunity to take pictures as a remembrance on Valentine's Day.

01:26There are food, coffee, and accessories from the DSWD employees.

01:33Given that the mandate of DSWD is social protection,

01:53According to the DSWD, they celebrate Valentine's Day every year

01:58so that it can bring joy to the Filipinos and their employees.
