00:00Again, the Department of Social Welfare and Development reminded the public to not just believe the messages received that are related to their programs.
00:10This is followed by the spreading of text messages saying that they received P3,000 cash assistance from Ayuda for the completion of the Kita-ACAP program in exchange for giving a mobile number.
00:24DSWD clarified that this is not true because ACAP is a program that is only intended for workers or employees of minimum wage earners.
00:34They do not immediately give cash or money because the qualified beneficiaries of the program go through the evaluation and recommendation of DSWD social workers.
00:46Again, DSWD urged the public to first verify the messages received so that no one will be fooled.
