Police have identified the family members who perished in a house fire in Kampung Berangan Enam, Umbai, Melaka on Thursday (Feb 13).
Jasin OCPD Supt Mohamad Rusli Mat stated that in the 1:30am incident, five family members were confirmed dead at the scene, while the father, in his 30s, survived and was rushed to Jasin Hospital.

01:04The mother, Fatina Mustafa, was found near the house's porch, while her four children
01:09were discovered near the door, believed to have been trying to escape.
01:13The deceased children were Nur Damia Badrisya, age 13, Izdafa Hafizuddin, age 7, 5-year-old
01:20Nur Dalila Khadija, and 2-year-old Izdani Fatih.
01:24A neighbour, Abdul Kahar Ahmad, recalled hearing a commotion as the father desperately called
01:30for his family to flee.
01:43All the victims were sent to Jasin Hospital for post-mortem examination, and the case
02:11has been temporarily classified as sudden death.
