A school fitness coach fears he may lose his leg after being hit by a scooter while on holiday in Goa.
John McCormack, 60, from Broadstairs, Kent, suffered a shattered leg, ruptured artery, and severe muscle lacerations after jumping to avoid a dog and colliding with a passing scooter on January 29.
Surgeons repaired his artery and inserted a metal plate, but he remains at risk of infection.
John, who founded the school fitness program Skip2BFit, is determined to recover and return to his work, joking that his business isn’t called "Hop2BFit."
