00:00Uh, elevator pitch. You get stuck in an elevator with somebody that's a decision-maker here

00:07in Washington. Cliff Kingsbury, Dan Quinn, Joe Witt, a secondary coach, whoever you want,

00:13Adam Peters, Lance Newmark, Josh Harris, whatever. You got 30 seconds to pitch him your thing

00:21about what to do this off season, what to do for the fan experience, what to do for

00:25players, for personnel, or whatever. So I'm going to put Toby on the clock here in a minute.

00:29He's going to get us started. But Daris told me that he's got some, uh, some elevator music

00:34for us. Oh yeah. Right up the elevator. It was Josh Harris going, Hey, what floor? You

00:43want me to, I can go ahead and push it for you. We're just trying to, we're leaving the

00:48name in the past and we're just going to be the stupid one from here on out. Is that cool?

00:53Oh, you're going up to the top. That's good. So my penthouse go Sixers. You know what I mean?

00:58Like that's Josh Harris in the elevator with you. I don't know, but that's the elevator

01:13I don't have to do anything. Daris is a good producer. I don't know if you knew this. I'll

01:16agree with that. You know what else though about Daris? This is true. He hasn't seen

01:21coming to America. Oh, you ever, ever learn about that? You ever hear that? That's a shame.

01:45to ask of you this off season is I thought this year was really, really impressive. I thought

01:50you did a really good job building this team. The one thing I want to see improved is the running

01:54game. There were 16 guys this year that had over a thousand yards rushing. A lot of those guys,

01:59really explosive. I think, you know, maybe giving Jaden a little bit of help back there

02:03would be nice. So if you could get us one of these explosive running backs, good at catching the ball

02:07out of the backfield, just a really good solid back. I'd really appreciate it. If you could find

02:11a way to do that. Thanks, Adam. Have a nice day. And he got off the elevator. I like that.

03:49this roster, run him deep home out there four times a day, run deep. My guy, he is really good at it.

03:57And Terry McLaurin as well. And just, just throw the ball. The door closed, man. That was awkward.

04:37I need the crowd to be able to roar for Terry McLaurin. When you announce his name, I need the

04:41crowd to be able to roar for Jane Daniels. When you announce his name, Frankie Lou, these guys

04:45deserve individual recognition. Please, Dan, please. That is an interesting one. That's an

04:51awesome one. By the way. Awesome one. By the way, you know, I was at the Sunday night football game.

04:54They clinched the, the playoff appearance against the Falcons and just give me the opportunity to

05:02have the whole stadium explode. As you say, and the quarterback number five from LSU,

05:07Jaden Daniels, give me a chance to explode. Give everyone a chance to just yell and scream

05:12because they love their quarterback. You didn't get it. It was awesome, but you didn't get that

06:29Improve the secondary. There, there are a few Rolster to borrow from Kevin Sheen's pronunciation.

06:35Um, few Rolster spots where if you upgrade there, hard for me to be upset. Like a couple of years

06:43ago, I remember, um, Ben standing, uh, who came on and he wrote a piece and he suggested when they

06:49still had young sweat pain and Alan, that you look at this, they might have a need pretty soon

06:55at defensive line. And I went, I understand what you're saying. They just can't do that right now.

06:59Right? Well, now you could definitely do it. Does that make sense? Like a couple of years ago,

07:03I'm going, they they've done a first round pick for four straight years on the defensive line.

07:09You just, you can't make it five out of seven or whatever the heck it would have been five out of

07:12six. I get it. You're right. I mean, you're going to look at it. It's true. It's going to be

07:15dramatically different defensive line next year in the year after than it was over the last

07:19handful of seasons. I totally understand how the league works, but my goodness, that would,

07:23that will make me just a little bit. If they went defensive end or defensive tackle at 29,

07:28given maybe the rest of the off season. Now, if you move painter Alan, I get it. Maybe we'll do

07:33that. But Golly, it's just one of those things where there's so many, I'm going, yes, please

07:37improve this key spot that it would still irk me, but it wouldn't, I wouldn't, I won't be upset.
