00:00After more than two months of investigation,

00:03the NBI filed complaints inciting to sedition and grave threats

00:07against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:09This was followed by a statement made by the Vice President in November

00:12that she had talked to the President,

00:16the First Lady, and the House Speaker

00:18in case someone tried to kill her.

00:20The NBI said they tried to find the person mentioned by the Vice President

00:24that she had talked to,

00:25but they were unable to find him.

00:28The NBI also included the video of the Vice President's press conference

00:33and the testimony of the witnesses.

00:35According to the DOJ,

00:36the complaint was filed for the evaluation and preliminary investigation

00:40of the National Prosecution Service.

00:43The Vice President's answer to the complaint

00:46was that she had expected this.

00:48The impeachment of Senate President Cheese Escudero

00:51had no effect on the case of Duterte by the DOJ.
