00:00Slowly, the man went down the hill while being watched by the people of Barangay Dadyangas East in General Santos City.

00:12When he went down, he was immediately arrested by the police.

00:15He is a suspect in the arrest last Friday when he was robbed of his cellphone.

00:19When the victim called for his cellphone, another man passed by in exchange of money.

00:24But when they saw each other, many people approached him and he ran and climbed up the hill.

00:38but also the entrance of a man and the robbery of the staff's cellphone.

00:42The suspect was pointed at and his face was seen on the live-stream.
