00:56While traveling towards the Netherlands,

00:59at midnight in the Philippines,

01:01the plane landed at Rotterdam Airport.

02:45He announced that he is ready to be arrested.

02:48Former PNP Chief Oscar Albayalde was also arrested.

02:53Vice President Sara Duterte arrived in the Netherlands

02:57at 4 p.m. Philippine time.

03:00The vice president said that she is ready to talk to the lawyers there.
