00:19The body of the 94-year-old Karunanidhi was brought to Rajaji Hall early today

00:24after it was taken to his homes for relatives and leaders to pay their last respects.

00:30After an overnight drama, the DMK won a legal battle

00:34when the Madras High Court allowed the burial of the five-time Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu at Marina Beach.

00:41His funeral will be held at 2.30pm today, UAE time.

01:15The US said it will begin imposing 25% duties on an additional $16 billion in Chinese imports in two weeks,

01:29Customs will begin collecting the duties on 279 product lines down from 284 items on the initial list as of August 23.

01:40The new list covers products ranging from motorcycles to steam turbines and railway cars.

01:47Angelina Jolie-Pitt says she warns her divorce from Brad Pitt finalized before the end of the year.

01:54The declarations came in a request for a case management hearing filed today by Jolie-Pitt's attorneys in Los Angeles Superior Court.

02:03The document says her attorneys will work with Pitt's lawyers to ensure the actors are single again in 2018.

02:11Jolie-Pitt filed for divorce nearly two years ago and currently has primary custody of their six children.
