00:09The UAE and Saudi Arabia have announced a joint vision for economic development and

00:14military integration through 44 joint projects.

00:17A total of 350 government officials from different fields prepared the strategy of resolve within

00:2412 months.

00:25The announcement of the strategy came during the first meeting of the Saudi Emirati Coordination

00:31Council.

00:32The meeting was chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince

00:36of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Saudi Crown Prince

00:42Mohammed bin Salman.

00:44The Dubai Executive Council has approved a decision not to increase fees for all private

00:49schools in Dubai for the academic year 2018-2019.

00:54The Council also waived fees on 19 business activities related to the aviation industry

01:00in a bid to attract more than 1 billion dirhams in investments.

01:05The decisions aim to make Dubai a global hub in the aviation industry, in line with Dubai

01:11Plan 2021 and Dubai Industrial Strategy 2030.

01:16The waiver was approved by the Council in a meeting chaired by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed

01:20bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and its Chairman.

01:24US President Donald Trump has commuted the life sentence of a woman whose cause was championed

01:30by reality TV star Kim Kardashian West.

01:34Alice Mary Johnson, 63, had spent more than two decades behind bars serving life without

01:40parole for drug offences.

01:42She was released hours after the White House announcement and ran into a family member's

01:47arms.

01:48The husband of designer Kate Spade said that she had suffered from severe depression and

01:53admitted that they had been living apart for the last 10 months.

01:57But Andy Spade said the couple had no plans to divorce.

02:01There was no indication and no warning that she would do this.

02:05It was a complete shock, he said.

02:07Kate Spade died of what police call suicide earlier this week.

02:12And finally, the weather.

02:13Today's high across the UAE will be 43 degrees Celsius, dropping to 32 degrees at night.
