00:06guys who are future first ballot Hall of Famers in Andy Reid and Travis Kelsey who have hit

00:12the point in their career where at the end of each season or maybe at the beginning of

00:16each season we say, is this the last one?

00:18And maybe that's more true with Kelsey than Andy Reid, but I am curious if you've heard

00:22anything around those scenarios with the Chiefs head coach as well as their tight end.

00:28No, Andy's committed to coaching in the future now internally.

00:32My understanding for a couple of years has been Matt Nagy.

00:34If they stayed in-house, I would have a very good chance to replace him on it.

00:38Hey, people can say whatever they want, but he knows that offense.

00:41Spags, obviously Steve Spagnuolo, the great defensive coordinator would be another option,

00:46but I believe Matt Nagy is pretty high on the list to stay internally and obviously

00:49they could look outside when Andy decides to retire, but there's been no talk internally

00:52of him retiring.

00:54He squelched that stuff a couple of years ago.

00:56Now Travis Kelsey, you know, in his mid thirties, this is real over the next year or so, him

01:01potentially retiring.

01:02There's been no talk right now of him retiring just yet, but I learned, you know, I wasn't

01:07covering the league then, but I remember when Bill Walsh, remember when he retired after

01:11their Superbowl went against the Bengals in the late eighties, the players didn't know

01:16that.

01:17He kept it to himself.

01:18And so that's one thing, because you don't want anything to be a distraction.

01:22Let's get to Jason Kelsey, what he did.

01:24Jason Kelsey let his teammates know before his final season that he was going to retire

01:29and stick with it.

01:30Now Brandon Graham, by the way, who's going to play today, we should mention that, that's

01:33actually a pretty big deal.

01:34Brandon Graham told his teammates and announced that he was going to retire, but he's backed

01:38off that in recent weeks.

01:39Here's the question.

01:40If they don't win and it's a tight game, let's say lose by three, he's feeling good.

01:44Does he return at 36 years old?
