00:34slight one and a half point underdog in this game our total still sitting at 48

00:41and a half Pat Mahomes verse Jalen Hurts Andy Reid verse Nick Sirianni the

00:46league's best defense in the Philadelphia Eagles and a prolific

00:50dynasty in the Kansas City Chiefs Joe Lisi going head-to-head yeah we were out

00:54in New Orleans we got a pulse about how this game might play out talk to a

00:58number of different people and now this is it buckle up it's game day and if

01:03there's one team to knock off the Kansas City Chiefs if there's one team built

01:07offensively defensively special teams it is the Philadelphia Eagles they went

01:12toe-to-toe with them a couple of years ago lost that game Donnie 38 to 35 this

01:17is a marquee matchup something will give and we'll see how it plays out but a

01:21great matchup nonetheless can't wait to see fireworks at about 635 Eastern yeah

01:27two years ago maybe you're saying that the Philadelphia Eagles lessened learned

01:30as we're trying to come back here and re-avenge that loss as I guess you could

01:33say at this point but if we're being frank about this we've waited a long

01:36time two weeks feels like two months here we're ready to play this football

01:39game today the angles are all in and how about the betting public here them

01:42seeing across the board 52% 48% amazing some people think obviously Kansas City

01:47is gonna win others think the Philadelphia Eagles are going to win I'm

01:49excited about this because it looks like it's gonna settle minus one to

01:53minus one and a half almost exactly what we talked about two weeks ago and you

01:56talk about the selling points for either side of this football game and you start

02:01to hear similar reasoning depending on which side someone is with if they are

02:06on Kansas City they are trusting the team that has been there and done that

02:11my homes just wins Andy Reid just wins the spags and ability to have the timely

02:18blitz is always changing a football game the nature of a Kansas City pick is

02:24just they find a way they found a way two years ago against these Eagles last

02:31year in overtime against the 49ers booked as a slight dog in those games

02:37now booked as a favorite those backing Philadelphia heck even those back in

02:42Kansas City look at a better roster for my money the best roster in football

02:47spearheaded offensively by one of the best running back seasons the league has

02:52ever seen Saquon Barkley awarded the offensive player of the year award

02:56earlier this week Saquon not for far off the most rushing yards in a single

03:03season with postseason and regular season success combined looking to pass

03:08a postseason legend in TD Torell Davis of the Denver Broncos and those

03:13incredible runs that he was on alongside John Elway the Eagles as a

03:18whole are trying to become the team to have the most rushing yards in a single

03:24postseason in league history and it is that ground game Lisi that many are

03:30trying to key in on will KC be able to limit it slash take it away or will

03:36Philly and Saquon continue to hit those home runs that change games on a dime

03:40that is the storyline and I believe Philadelphia will still have success a

03:44little bit later today but you talk about dominance right not just in

03:48regards to the early part of games but when the game is on the line in the

03:52third and fourth quarter and you need tough yards Saquon Barkley in that

03:55offensive line have been able to wear down opposing defenses right they did it

04:00certainly against the Washington Commanders did it against the LA Rams I

04:04mean you name it they stepped up it did it and now they have the Super Bowl

04:07defending champs on the line you know which team will be able to at least

04:12limit both offenses to some sort of capacity and when you look at the flip

04:16side as well for Kansas City that is the x-factor can they run Donnie on a

04:20dominant front seven that's been able to contain multiple explosive offenses not

04:25just throughout the regular season but throughout the playoffs it feels like

04:29you know for the first time in a long time we're talking about the ground game

04:32here in the NFL which is kind of crazy in the Super Bowl here but the one thing

04:35we understand is how good a season Saquon Barkley's had and you can also

04:38say this Joe we're looking at the season in totality it's a shame that it is a

04:42regular season MVP award the reason I say that is if the Eagles win this game

04:46today and Saquon does his 22 carries 122 yards and two touchdowns he by far was

04:51the best player in football but the running back position now maybe it's

04:54like a year delay like you know he said to be an all-pro you get up to all pro

04:56right before you have to be an all-pro maybe this year Saquon doesn't get the

05:00MVP but next year goes for 1700 yards a guy you know what it's unfair we got to

05:03give it to him now
