Google CEO Sundar Pichai told Carnegie Mellon students that they’re “far more likely to do well” if they find what they love doing.

00:04Like, you know, I think, you know, people are...

00:09Which is why I'm telling that.

00:11I think there's such a, you know,

00:13you're trying very, very hard to figure out

00:15what it is that you want to do.

00:18And I think your mind is telling you a lot of things,

00:23but I think you want to take the time to figure out

00:26what it is that your heart would enjoy you doing, right?

00:29If you do what you enjoy, you're far more likely to do well.

00:33And for some people, that answer is very obvious very early.

00:38But for some people, it can happen five to 10 years later.

00:43And so I think the main advice I would have

00:46is to take that time to figure it out.

00:48And, you know, sometimes patience is a virtue.

00:52And I think that's hard for people to, you know,

00:54the people are impatient to quickly figure out

00:56what it is that they want to do.

00:57But to slow down and try and find what it is that they love doing,
