00:03just discipline. You gotta be disciplined. The way I spot potential and what draws me

00:07to a company is the founder obviously, but they're the founder story. Do they

00:11have some sort of root in it? Are they solving a problem that they've been

00:14personally affected by? And I feel like if they have been personally affected by

00:17that story then it usually makes for a better founder. When I'm into founders

00:21one thing that I that I find myself giving over and over again is just dust

00:25yourself off and don't stop. VC is interesting it's a tough business and

00:28then as a founder and start a new company you have to show up 28 hours out

00:32of 24 which sounds impossible because it is impossible but you show up and you do

00:36it and you dust yourself off you you win a few you lose a few you get knocked down

00:40you get right back up.
