300g pork liver 1 onion 2 stalks of green onions 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1 tsp fish sauce 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
Prepare the pork liver: Rinse the liver with salt water, then blanch it in hot water to remove any strong smell. Slice the liver into thin pieces.
Marinate the liver: Marinate with fish sauce, black pepper, oyster sauce, and minced garlic for 15 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables: Cut the onion into wedges. Chop the green onions into short pieces.
Stir-fry the liver: Heat cooking oil in a pan, then sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the liver and stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
