00:00The National Bureau of Investigation announced that they have arrested five more Chinese spies

00:06who are guarding the Philippine Coast Guard and the Philippine Navy in Palawan.

00:12As part of the surveillance of the resupply of troops of the government in the West Philippine Sea

00:17based on NBI surveillance and the stories of the witnesses,

00:21NBI Director Jaime Santiago said that a group of so-called high-resolution solar power cameras

00:29were spotted in the sea of Palawan where the ships of the PCG were passing through.

00:35The suspects were identified as Kai Xiaowang, Wang Yongyi, Wu Junren, Wu Chengting, and Chen Haitao.

00:44They were arrested on January 24 and 25.

00:47They are facing charges of violation of Commonwealth Act No. 616

00:52and of the 1941 Anti-Espionage Law as violation of Republic Act No. 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
