Hello there, welcome to the third installation of putting Dr. G on the spot in the year of 2025

when we all have a lot of new year resolution in order to enhance for the betterment of our health.

One of the way to enhance for the betterment of health in men

is to improve the testosterone and the libido.

So the testosterone is produced by men and that sometimes is called the fountain of youth

because it gives you a lot of things. It gives you sexual libido, energy level,

risk-taking behavior, stronger bones and stronger muscles.

So as we get older, testosterone will deteriorate and that is a natural fact of life.

So how is your lifestyle and diet going to change all that?

In fact, it's quite simple. As far as the lifestyle is concerned,

there are five things that you need to consider.

Number one is sleep. Because testosterone is produced in a circadian cycle,

if your sleep is interrupted, then testosterone is definitely interrupted.

Therefore, getting enough sleep of seven hours and above is definitely good for your testosterone.

Number two, exercise. Exercise will get the circulation going

and will definitely get your testosterone up.

So get at least 30 minutes of that cardiovascular exercise

and definitely is good for your testosterone health.

Number three, hydration. Dehydration will cause cellular damage

and therefore increase on your fluid intake up to two and a half liters is always very good.

Number four, stress reduction. Of course, stress can suppress the production of testosterone

and definitely not so good for those cells in the testicle that produce testosterone.

And number five is your diet. So let's go into the diet.

In fact, I summarize it for you for the A, B, C, D, E of good testosterone.

Number one, A. A actually is increase your intake of avocado.

Because avocado contains a lot of antioxidants and also a type of components called boron,

Number five, D stands for dark leaf or dark green vegetables.

And these include broccolis and choy sum.

And all these vegetables also contains antioxidant, magnesium and selenium.
